Hey y'all,

Im trying to figure out if im doing something wrong or if my playthrough is bugged. Im playing on rookie as recommended since I never played LW1. Its June 2035, I am still being robbed of supply drops, have yet to find the enemy spy, have soldiers stationed as leaders at each haven, and the avatar project has yet to rear its ugly head. I feel like I am just spinning my wheels and making no progress. Am I missing something? Is my game potentially bugged? Is this normal?

Have you made any progress on liberating a region?
The Avatar Project runs from the start of the game (28 days after game start on rookie iirc). You don't find out about it until later on, as you are much more in the dark in LW2 compared to vanilla where the councilor magically knows everything.
