Feature Request: Keep injured Haven advisor at the Haven

If I keep a Soldier at a Haven as an advisor and he gets injured in a Haven related mission he automatically gets put back on the Avenger. It would be great if I can just keep him at the Haven as an advisor and let him heal naturally (without AWC perks).

It's not a big issue as long as you're aware of it and know to replace an advisor if they're hurt but I'm running low on available officers and would prefer to keep an injured officer there versus one I typically take into the field.
