Shotguns shouldn't lose accuracy at range they should increase graze chance

Just a thought, it is actually fairly easy to hit at range with a shotgun, definitely at the ranges used in the game, but the damage would be less concentrated

The thing about this is that shotguns already deal very heavy damage, so grazing would be a lot like hitting with an SMG. The reasons shotguns are so heavily penalized is because of their damage and greater accuracy at close range (though i feel like these bonuses could work from a bit farther away.)
