Holotargeting AWC perk and SS Holotargater

I know the AWC has the Holotargeting perk disabled to be accessed by the Sharpshooter class but do the Sharpshooter Holotargeter perks (i.e. Vital Point Targeting) affect the Holotargeting perk?

I don't think so; they should operate by entirely different internal mechanisms.

If I recall, the classic Holotarget ability is supposed to appear via AWC, but some sort of bug in the way restrictions are handled made it not so, and for many abilities. Currently you have to do some ini edits or something, or wait until the next patch; I'm not familiar with editing files unfortunately.
