Blimey, got this pop up for the month and thought that'll make things interesting. Expected a few per mission maybe 1-3. Just did a pretty hard mission to start with (3 sectoid commanders etc) and there were 8 faceless! Eight, I mean come on that's a bit much. Probably >50% of the civvies were faceless. Instead of making things interesting, just made it annoying so now I have a very full infirmary.
Is this vanilla or LW2 balancing, because I think it's a bit OTT.
