Probably just faster. I haven't checked how exactly the limiter is coded.

; These are invisible governors of decreasing utility of the supply job. Home region gets exactly Min+Rand, all other regions get between Min and Min + (2 * rand). After the cap is reached, supply income will go down, to 50% of baseline when 2*cap are taken
SupplyCap_Min = 2000
SupplyCap_Rand = 500
So your home region has 2500 supply it can get before decreased utility. Beyond that you get less per month until you've taken out 5000 supply, at which point you are only getting 50% of the normal amount per month. With All In, you'd be getting 60% instead at this point.

Note that other regions have a soft cap between 2000 and 3000, since it adds 2x SupplyCap_Rand.

One thing to keep in mind, even with everyone on Supplies with no Faceless, an Engineer, the Liberation bonus and All In, you only get about 600 supply per month in one region. You'll be something like 4 supply drops in before you can possibly hit the soft cap in your home region and at least 8 supply drops in before you reach the worst possible supply state.

I never calculated out just how long it lasts.

So has anyone figured out a way to remove certain bonuses from spawning? I hate several of them so badly!
