Right now as far as I know, in LW2 the Workshop only provides 1 power and allows 2 Engineers to be doubled up for room support purposes via Gremlins.
It would be good if there was more to the Workshop. These two older mods did that for stock XCOM 2.

Personally, I would not be against a Spark repair slot in the workshop. After one of my Sparks got fairly thrashed on a mission, it needed almost 60 days of repair time. If these are the repair times I'm looking at, just the slot in Engineering isn't going to cut it for more than a single Spark on your roster.

I kind of miss the foundry from EW. Sure the proving grounds fills that role, but there are mostly no direct upgrades, only item upgrades and new items. It's not necessary but it was nice.

I would like 2 slots for engineers to reduce spark repair time by 50%/33%. ie one engineer reduces time to 50% of normal and second reduces it down to 33% of normal.
