Heat Warheads interaction with Rockets

Anyone know if HEAT Warheads interacts with Rockets? Seems like it'd make sense, but the perk makes no mention of them, and I don't really want to sped the AWC time if it isn't gonna help at all. I assume that Boosted Cores and Volatile mix don't work with it, but just the name alone of HEAT Warheads make sme feel like it should work with rockets lol.
