What are the effects of will on Long War 2?

As far as I know in Vanilla will serves as defense to psionics, as defense to panic and it gives a +1% chance of bleeding instead of dying for each point over 50.

Are these effects the same? are there new effects?

It's just defense to psionics/panic.

While it may influence bleed out chance, in LW2 bleed out is changed to look at how much "overkill" damage you take.

This makes the "PCS: will" even weaker in comparisson with aim, defense or dodge. Any idea to not sell them all as soon as market is interested?

In general the will pcs aren't amazing, and recall that you can even build them on the avenger which shows you how valuable they are.

If you're looking for some secret usage of will, there isn't any.

I will say however that if sectoid commanders annoy you, it's cheap insurance against them (they have mass mindspin and 100 psi offense compared to sectoid 80 psi offense).

Not even worth waiting until the market is interested since the value is so low. Just sell them right away so something more valuable is likely to be marked "interested".
