How to fix my Psi Op perk tree for 1.2 changes

In 1.2 Stasis, Sustain, and Solace got switched around on the perk tree. Now I have Sustain instead of Stasis even though I still have Stasis Shield. It also seems that Psi Ops can be put in the AWC to be retrained. Is there a console command to let me fix this issue?

I am also interested in such fix. Especially, considering that next build is going to focus on balance, so any change to existing perk trees is likely to break class builds.
