I'd really like one or both of these.
1) Ability to check soldier's perks from squad management, currently you can see stats, add to squad or remove from squad, and that's it.
2) An additional field in the armory roster, which displays which squad a soldier is a member of. This is less useful than the above, but would still help for soldier assignments, to get an easy overview of which soldiers are unassigned.

You want the mods ShowMeThePersonel and LW2 ShowMeTheSkills Revived. They help a lot seeing what perks soldiers have without having to drill down into other displays.
