Suggested Fix for Field Surgeon

I know there's a number of topics about fixing perks, but I'm thinking that this suggestion would get lost in the mix.

So, anyway, I'm thinking that field surgeon should be buffed to reduce healing time by 3 points of health, instead of 1. However, instead of stacking linearly between multiple field surgeons, that you would get reduced returns per perk on the team. I mean that for the second field surgeon, you'd get a 2 health reduction in healing time, and for the third, you'd get just 1 (For whatever reason, if you ended up with more than three, each additional beyond the third would still be 1).

Simply having two specialists with the skill would reduce the healing time by 5 health. That's a pretty big deal, but it wouldn't get crazy if, for some reason, you stacked four of them. Thoughts?

As a side question, can anyone tell me whether the current implementation stacks at all if there are multiple characters with the perk on the team?

I think it would be nice if it scaled with rank...maybe +1 per 2-3 ranks...

One idea I had for this perk would be to make it scale with damage taken. This would make it more % based like the AWC Scientist. The problem with flat amounts is that they are either too weak to matter once you have large HP bars or if you make the flat amount higher it becomes too strong when you take only small damage.

If it were to be made something like +1 HP / 4 HP lost, then at least if you lost 16 HP it would knock it up to 12 instead of 15, making it reduce wounds by at most 25%. I would also make it so that Field Surgeon gave you a free use of Stabilize. The last part actually makes the most sense based on the perks name. Your a field surgeon, why can't you do surgery in the field???

Make it so u can carry up to 2 medpacks instead of 1
