Suggested Fix for Field Surgeon

I know there's a number of topics about fixing perks, but I'm thinking that this suggestion would get lost in the mix.
So, anyway, I'm thinking that field surgeon should be buffed to reduce healing time by 3 points of health, instead of 1. However, instead of stacking linearly between multiple field surgeons, that you would get reduced returns per perk on the team. I mean that for the second field surgeon, you'd get a 2 health reduction in healing time, and for the third, you'd get just 1 (For whatever reason, if you ended up with more than three, each additional beyond the third would still be 1).
Simply having two specialists with the skill would reduce the healing time by 5 health. That's a pretty big deal, but it wouldn't get crazy if, for some reason, you stacked four of them. Thoughts?
