Ranger - Lethal instead of Rupture/Combat Fitness?

I have looked at Lethal, and thought that it seems like an ideal perk for a ranger, who tends to have high aim and shoots a lot.
Would that be OP? Assaults have it available, but it is competing with Street Sweeper. For rangers, it seems like decent competition for Killzone and Rupture for a soldier that just wants to specialize in the rifle.
I entertained the notion of Alpha Mike Foxtrot, but +4 damage for a class that can fire 3 times was "slightly unbalanced".
