Psi strength visible?

Is there a way to make psi strength visible? It's a bit annoying to me that, by the time I have researched Psionics (which can't really be rushed from the start due to the lack of a second Sectoid corpse), I barely have any classless recruits left.

So this will be something of a compromise in 1.3. But it's hard to get away from the fact that you'll probably need to hire/rescue new rookies and see who you get.

Psi strength is visible for rookies already in your barracks after you research Psionics but unfortunately not for available recruits.
You can actually calculate it but it's annoying to do.
I wish it was visible directly on the recruitment screen. It's one of those small QoL improvements i hope will be addressed after the gameplay is sufficiently bug-free and balanced. Hopefully 1.3 will address most of the balance issues and they will be able to work on the details for 1.4/1.5
