[bug?]Chain Lighting + Arc Pulser

Arc Pulser doesn't affect Chain Lighting. Please fix/change it so that Chain Lighting will target robotic units if Assault has Arc Pulser.

It's not a bug, that's how it's supposed to work. Chain Lightning is devastating enough already.
