What happens when a soldier with this perk dashes right towards an unactivated pod and activates it? Will he gain overwatch before pod activates? Will overwatch shots trigger on enemy scattering?

The overwatch is entered at the end of your turn. As the pod is activated during your turn, ther will be no overwatch shot on the scatter move.

Now I wonder about Hunter Protocol. What will happen when you dash your SPARK right to an unactivated pod?.. I mean, do units visible via squadsight (from a concealed shinobi for example) considered as "revealed"?

Hunter Protocol actually works only on pod activation. It grants free overwatch shots on pods you activate, so in rushing into an enemy pod you'd immediately fire on them upon activating (same as CCS and Bladestorm which fires upon movement/action within range)
