pistols don't show in soldiers hand

hello everyone.yeah,its not that important,because everything works awesome in 1.3 and im really enjoying it.i just want to confirm that is this a bug that came with the new patch or is it something to do with my mods?(for example,xxwyns has the same problem with his current campaign) thank you .

Yes it is definitely mod conflict.
It is Overwatch All/Others likely.
Yes I know that it is strange. But I had this issue and but after I've disabled Overwatch All and Quick End turn problem gone. Also you don't have Quick end turn. So it is Overwatch All/Others. Disable it.
