How I didnt think it was possible to detect a mission with this much time on it.

For all those wondering I had 11 people on intel, a scientist in the haven and was scanning in the area. Must have generated A LOT of intel. Also a funny thing is that the mission reward is full supply and intel. Didn't think it was possible to get intel from supply raids.

It's not a Supply Line Raid of troop movement, but a Facility Construction Unit in progress. Stop it now.

Yeah, someone else recently posted about this as well. It's not "move strength from one region to another" activity. It's "build a facility" activity.

In general the AI will favor starting this activity in regions with no XCOM presence, but apparently it can happen occasionally in XCOM regions too.

Yup, had the same mission pop in my campaign, and wasn't even on some remote region. It just so happened that ADVENT had other regions full (of Facilities).

What's the date of your campaign where this happened?
Also how many regions did you have contacted when this activity was detected?
