PsiOp stuck in the tube

I have a wierd bug with PsiLab, where one of my PsiOps occupies BOTH tubes at the same time. And if I remove him from one of the tubes, another one becomes disabled, still showing the PsiOp's name, but clicking it does nothing. So basically I only have one tube available for training, which kinda sucks.
Did it happen to anyone else? Is there a cure for this? I tried canceling training and sending bugged psiop on a mission, did not help. My only hope it will go away in 9 in-game days when the training is complete

If your Psi soldier isn't disabled in any way you could try removing and rebuilding the Psi Ops building thru console commands.

Did not work unfortunately; had to roll back to an older save, lost about a week of progress becuse of this. So keep an eye on your tubes guys!
