summon the archon king

Hello there,
I now can complete the game, have the "last" network tower mission ready.
I just wanna wait for the archon king, i never met him personally and i want to tell him somethjng
.
In other words, is there a console command to spawn him? I found nothing on the internet, or maybe i am to stupid.
Since i know the rulers appear only in non timed missions i would appreciate not to do long fights and just hoping him to join the party.
