Should there be "stupid" soldiers?

Assuming that LW eventually incorporates WotC, should some soldiers have a stat for Combat Intelligence that is below Standard? With Not Created Equally, intelligence is certainly a stat that matters, since smarter troops obviously could become better than dumber ones. So, should Standard be the lowest, or could we get soldiers with better hp or aim, but who are a bit "Stoopid"?

For laughs, for two levels below Standard, we could have Sub-Par, for the one right below and........uhm.....Dumbass for the lowest one. Open to suggestions on that last one.

I actually regard "standard" to be "stupid". Most people aren't meant for fighting and they're forced to learn - fits into XCOM 2's narrative: you grab anyone you can get to wield your guns.
