Tip: Disorientate Removes Tac Sense

Learned this today when I flaskbanged an impossible to hit advanced officer, post flashbang he lost his tactical sense!

I thought that only applied if they got stunned? Are you sure it wasn't the perk upgraded flashbang causing a stun?
