Is skullmining the only way to get facility leads?

I was reading the description for skullmining and it seemed to infer that you can get a facility lead from skullmining. I haven't seen a facility lead anywhere else in the game. Is this the only way to get those?

Haven't gotten that far yet, but AFAIK, like other leads, you can get them as mission success rewards.

If the reward says "intel package" in the mission description, there is a chance that it is a facility lead (the other result is that it will give you a point of interest to scan).

Yeah you will usually get them the same way you get Advent and alien data pads. In your research area it will have it in there and you will have to research to decrypt the facility lead. I think they just randomly drop when you get the items from the Advent chests.

I believe so. You have to know the avatar project exists (narratively) before you can get leads on the facilities.

Skull Mining is +20 hack on every Specialist with a Skull Jack. Extremely valuable just for hacking bots in combat and hacking objectives and towers outside of it.
