Hi there,
Just got my first psi trooper, but i am unable to put him back into the psi lab once he went from rookie to psi trooper. Any advice on how i get to furthering his psi skills?

He has to do mission to rank up.

I read somewhere one can train up to 7 abilities beyond the initial 3 ones. Not sure though.

He starts with 3 learned (from a small pool of possible ones), and then can learn 7 more from the 7 ranks initiate through master. It is very easy to miss out skills like Domination and Bastion; in the fact the very first 2 psis I trained don't have them and I raged and I'm not making psis anymore until they are buffed.
