Viewing AWC skills before training in 1.2

Before the update to 1.2 I had the AWC skills visible - just let me see the second and higher tiers and decide who to train, so I was less subject to RNG.
Now after the update I don't see them anymore.

I'm probably missing something obvious, I don't remember what I did to make them visible. I think it was an option in the menu, but I can't seem to find it now.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

I may need to regenerate the game files and reinstall a mod...
I'm betting its human error not a bug.

It's an .ini setting. Because the game has updated, it's overwritten any changes you made, so you'll need to make that change again.

For anyone wondering exactly where this is, its in XComLW_AWCPack.ini at the top as ALWAYSSHOW. Set that to true and restart the game.

I'm thinking of doing this, but I want to increase the time it takes to train AWC perks to compensate, so the cost/benefit ratio stays the same. Anyone got any input on how much I should increase the AWC training time?
