AWC Tier Question

Not sure where to post a simple question, so I'll post it here.

Anyway, how to you train a solider to get their tier 3 ability in the AWC? I trained a solider with 2 offensive perks and it won't let me train the 3rd one.

They need to be high enough rank, I forgot what exactly it is. I know for instance if you want to train the 7th pistol perk you have to be a TSGT. It's not that high to train the 3rd offensive perk, but again sorry I forgot what exactly it is, maybe SSGT?

By default you need the same level as the level of the skill to train it. Squaddie counts as level 1. You'd need Corporal to train a level 3 offensive or defensive skill.
