Crashing on selecting Missions from Geoscape

4. Right now, whenever a Guerilla Op is selected to review when it pops up on the Geoscape, specifically the type that are "Guerilla Ops" and not "Council Missions", the game just crashes to desktop when the "review mission" option is selected. Only this causes the crash - launching a mission whose infiltration had already been started before the crash allows the game to proceed as normal, albeit with notably longer load times.

5. I can send a save file if needed, but I can't attatch a raw file or a .zip with the file inside it.

That's not a bug we're seeing, and that's too long of a modlist for us to troubleshoot against. I'd recommending pulling mods in chunks and seeing if it goes away. Ultimately you may need to verify and start a clean campaign without any mods. If it's still occurring then, we'll take a look at your save.
