Infiltration timers bugged?

Infiltration timers bugged?
Started a new campaign and both the first and second missions had less than 10 hours for infiltration. Is this intended? Because if it is, that seems a little ridiculous.

Please read the in-game archives and also follow the troubleshooting instructions.
No, it's not bugged; it's also not scripted when you detect missions. The game will throw more opportunities at you than it is prudent to take, which is what is happening here.
