Liberated region invasion bug

Hiya, not sure if this is new or not.

1.1, several mods but all cosmetic

Just did my first invasion mission, the one with advent trying to take back a liberated region. One of the objectives is to rescue as many civilians as possible.

When I ran up to a civilian they would run a few steps then disappear, but would not count towards civilians saved. So I failed the mission

That's more poor communication on the mission's part; the city is a mix of civilians and your actual rebels; the main goal is to rescue the rebels but you can rescue civilians too.
