Dragon Rounds not appearing in the inventory

As per the title. I researched muton elite and completed PG project to get Dragon Rounds but they were not added to the inventory.
Can I use standard xcom console command "AddItem [IncendiaryRounds]" to grant myself the LW version of this item?

EDIT: My mistake I guess. I have double checked and you actually need to produce them in the workshop. Too bad you don't even get a prototype.

Yep this is annoying. I researched them over 1.5 months ago and still have not been able to build any. The cost I sunk into them was expecting a prototype like you get with other things. RNG hasn't given me any Elite Mutons on corpse stealer missions.
