Can't revive after stabilizing mindshielded PsiOp

On "Invasion" mission my Initiate Psi Operative was shot and bleeding out. She had a mindshield equipped, and after stabilizing her, I couldn't use revival protocol but instead she instantly had actions, even though she still had the "unconscious animation". After a reload, the animation gets fixed, so I'm not sure if the save file provided will have it bug out again.

Does your Psiop have the perk "Solace"? Could also be because of that. But it's a bug nonetheless.

It is indeed related to solace. So I think with the upcoming change to it in 1.3 the bug should be fixed. Hopefully.
