Psi op problem
Psi op problem
after i did a mission the psi op said promote. AS per the normal i immediately put him into the psi lab and left him there. A few ingame days later i realized he wasnt on my event log. I go back to the psi lab and hes still there, theres no timer and i didnt get an opportunity to choose an ability. I dont think im able to rank up this psi op. How do i fix this?

Upon further testing, only the second chamber lets you train abilities. Im not sure what the first chamber does, if anything.
