display locked perks bug?

Not sure if bug/intended, but when I enable the view locked perks I still can't see the perks in the AWC tree past the first row. I can see all the normal class learned abilities tree but not the AWC tree.

That option is not intended to display the AWC perks. There is a config (AWC pack) that has an option to display hidden perks which is defaulted to false.

I'll just add that the class perks and AWC perks are in a different category.

The class perks never change from soldier to soldier, run to run. The AWC perks however are randomized uniquely for every soldier. So the former having the option is just a convenience for those who like to plan and don't want to look stuff up on the internet. The latter displaying all perks changes gameplay balance, which is why it is a config option and not in-game.

Also there is an ini setting for showing all the officer perks in the XComLW_OfficerPack.ini
I turned this one on before I started so I'm not sure if it is overridden by the ingame option for class perks
