Cover destruction bug

So I'm at a situation where if I destroy cover over an enemy they still receive the cover bonus from soldiers until I move any soldier and then that soldier and only that one now has the full no cover hit chance.

Alright, I have a save. Once and if you get it notice how the Sectiod is in no cover but soldiers within line of sight have the high cover aim penalty. If you move any soldier to a position within its line of sight you now no longer have the cover bonus deduction on that specific soldier.

I apologise. It was one of the mods I mentioned. I'm very confused how that could've occured from UI mods
