Sectoids creating Psizombies in the same square they occupy

I've now had sectoids creating psizombies twice in the same mission as well as suspected it's happened several other times, I doubt this is a design choice made on purpose.

Furthermore when they are occupying the same square only one of them takes damage from grenades deployed at them.
I do use Non-Tile Snapping Grenades so it is possible that it is the culprit to that specific bug but as I'm playing on ironman I can't reload to troubleshoot that issue.

It's honestly not a good idea to play XCOM 2 on Ironman, too much crap with mods can go wrong.

main reason why i couldn't finish three Ironman runs.

This definitely shouldn't be happening, and isn't something we'd seen during internal testing (with several testers completing full campaigns). We'd need a save that reproduces the issue (i.e. before the sectoid raises the zombie) in order to track it down.

Ironman is a bit dicey (unfortunately) with the release of a new title. As much as we test for bugs before release, no way can we do as much as 10's of thousands of you can do!
