[BUG] all soliders and enemies got all abilities doubled

[Unfawkable]

For a completely unknown reason all of my soldiers , and apparently enemies, got every ability doubled. Each of them on a separate cooldown too.

1) Version 1.1 (I think)
2) Windows 10 64 bit
3) No other mods
4) Completely unsure. My computer has long load times, and I exited the game with quit to desktop upon the stage loading.
5) I would love to attach a save file, but it says the file is too big (3.5 Mb), the picture as well
