Soldier stuck in Officer School (can use in tactical though)

3) What other XCOM2 mods you are playing with / circumstances of the bug
Culprit that I believe is the cause is the Soldier Fatigue Updated mod, I don't remember, but the most likely scenario that happened was I had my soldier in both training and in the resting slots, and other than that I don't know.

Now the soldier is fully usable, but the slot is occupied by her, unable to be removed.

Looks like I have this problem. Mods = "Lots"

But nothing touchy around this area, officer training; no class or ablity mods for example.

I just finished a major bundle of mods going in, and there were problems. But just as I noticed the bug, the Viper Queen DLC activated.

Advice for a console fix would be appreciated.
