Duplicate AWC ability and retraining

LW 1.1 PC with decent amount of mods.
My medic got second Field Medic from AWC, after retraining I can't choose Field Medic from 'main' abilities tree. Suppression and Airdrop are fine.

You are probably using Commanders choice, and since when changing classes with it, the AWC perks don't reset you sometimes get duplicates.

Problem is I can't select it again after retraining.
