Soldiers stuck at spawn.

Advent assault mission. Maximum Soldiers. 2 stuck at spawn.
Tried to restart mission, but everybody lost their actions in turn one, except one soldier had a yellow move.
Tried to play to see how it goes. At some point, one reinforcement dropped near their location while the main squad were 2 screens away. Resulting in a casualty.
In addation, the game became more and more laggy as turns passed. Sounds became weired as well.
Finally, the game got frozen as the relay got destroyed by a sniper from about 4 screens away. (I had no guy near it but I got LOS some how...)
Got a save at the point of the screenshot, which is turn one.
I can email it.
Update: Tried it another day. Game didn't freeze when I destoryed the relay, but still got laggy towards the end.
