In the first image you can see that I can't jump off this roof, I need to leave via the gap provided by the drainpipe, in the second you can see that I can't traverse over the low cover ducts, which you can usually climb over. I observed similar on another building in this map with not being able to jump off the roof but forgot to take a screenshot.
