Been playing on a Commander difficulty campaign that I started in v1.0 with Red Fog (All) enabled. Had an Assault KO'd and Bleeding Out in one mission, but managed to stabilize and EVAC them. After their 30+ day recovery I was happy to send them back out on missions, but noticed their Aim stat was 38 in the Armory Soldier View screen. I figured it might just be a UI bug, so I brought them on a mission anyway. Once in-mission I checked their stats panel (by hovering over their name) and saw that their Aim stat was listed as it should be. However, once they were in a position to shoot at an enemy the detailed bonus/malus list of Aim modifiers had a "-30 Red Fog" in the list even though they were at full health.
The best I can figure, since this is my only soldier that has survived Bleeding Out (all others were killed when KO'd and could not be recovered), is that for some reason the Red Fog malus from being at "1 HP" after being stabilized has somehow permanently gotten attached to this soldier, even though they have already gone through full recovery in the AWC. I was considering trying to get them injured on purpose (but not killed/KO'd) and then letting them recover a second time to see if that "cleared" the Red Fog malus, but so far have not had the chance.
I can provide a save file later if need be. I put the soldier in the AWC to retrain their perks hoping that this would "trick" the game into resetting their stats as a last ditch effort, so that is where you will find them if I can get the save uploaded later today.
I have considered try to repro this by purposefully letting another soldier get KO'd and then stabilize and EVAC them, but I just couldn't bring myself to purposefully injure one of my soldiers like that.
