Panicked soldiers with CCS shoot teammates

Ver 1.1, playing on Mac, playing with Stop Wasting My Time, Flank Preview, Evac All.

This one is more amusing than anything else, but still probably a bug: Sectoid used its psi ability to panic my Assault with Close Combat Specialist. I ran a soldier past the Assault into CCS range, and the Assault's CCS promptly activated and he shot my dude. Did it a second time with another soldier with the same result.

I would think this is part of the vanilla mechanic which makes your panicked soldiers proc overwatch on allied movement (if you can even manage that). Sounds like since CCS is overwatch-ish the same rules follow.
