Technical unable to move after cancelling blaster bomb

Lots of other mods, including the recent More Technical Rockets - I can get you a full list if you need it. Save available, although I think only after the fact.

I had a Technical equipped with WAR suit, extra rocket, blaster gauntlet and a napalm rocket from the above mod. Launched my first blaster rocket fine, later went to launch the second one but didn't have the range so pressed escape. The rocket scatter UI stayed on-screen, and my Technical was then unable to move at all for the rest of the mission - you could see his blue-move range drawn around the single tile he was in. Luckily it wasn't an extraction mission though!
