4) Mission where I have to rescue scientist from an advent vehicle. I can't hack to open the doors of the vehicle. No specialist on mission and no one is getting the option to hack/open the doors in any position near the doors
I did use a grenade launcher that dmg'd the long wall of the van closer to the extraction point but there are no holes in the van and I don't have control of the vip. I also still get the hack needed indicator on the van doors where I move my cursor on tiles near the van

Is it the no ammo bug? Do the soldiers you're trying to hack with have ammo in their guns?

I don't think it's the no ammo bug.
Just loaded up the save a gunner with full ammo, grenadier with smg and full ammo, and guy with a rifle and 2/3 ammo can't open the door

I tried blowing up the door but non sapper grenades weren't good enough. Using teleport to cursor I was able to have a soldier enter the van and activate the VIP but then needed teleport to cursor the soldier and VIP back out since they couldn't open the doors from inside either.

1.3 hasn't been released yet and 1.2 just recently released, I assume this is a typo

I have the same bug, so hoping if there is a fix for it.

Btw how did you get the cursor inside the vehicle? I tried using teleport soldier but you can only teleport around the vehicle, not inside of it.

Oops, yeah that was a typo 1.2.

I had to zoom super far in on the van to get teleport to cursor to actually teleport inside the van.

Yep, I had the same issue in 1.2.

I fired a rocket that likely caught some of the Van. No damage was visible to the van, however, no one could subsequently hack the door.

I have same issue in 1.5

Also, irritatingly, the mission was supposed to counter a DE. And i'm on an ironman game. If anyone knows how to prevent this bug, please let me know.

Anyone know of a fix to this other than TTC inside and outside? Maybe a form of forcing the hack interaction? (I have a specialist on the mission)
