Mind Merge visual effect doesnt get removed when soul merge is skilled

This should be quick. The visual effect of Mind Merge (the tethers) doesnt get removed as soon as soul merge is skilled. Reason: As soon as soul merge is skilled, a second instance of XComPerkContent is active (XComPerkContent'LW_Perk_Psi_MindMerge.Perk_Psi_SoulMerge_Persistent').

Possible solution
Delete both SoulMerge PerkContents since they arent really needed. Alternative: If you like the look of the double tether effect the two active perkcontents cause: Make XComPerkContent'LW_Perk_Psi_MindMerge.Perk_Psi_SoulMerge_Persistent' an Exclusive Perk and add two instances of the tether effect to it.
