Hi, You guys have already heard the a milion time but I've to say this again, Pavonis done a awesome job making xcom 2 beyond better.

Now let me whine a little about a bug, if it already reported by someone then I'm sorry but here it goes, I've used assault's chain lightning to stan/disoriented several advents too many times but never seen my shinobi's cupe de grâce active when shinobi near the prey.

If this is bug hope it get fixed.

You need to be adjacent for it to be available, like with the 'slash' ability.
