Xcom 2 Crashing

I have had Xcom 2 crash on me since the recent patch when doing certain missions. I tried to do a haven defense in New Mexico, but the game would crash as the map was loading. I let it go, losing the entire haven in New Mexico in the process, and was able to continue the game. Now I am having to do an Avenger defense against a UFO and the game is crashing before the map loads. I load out my entire squad with Magnetic weapons, Predator armor, Laser Weapons and Assault Armor. I've tried 3 different locations (setting up to land elsewhere) and it's still working.

1) I'm playing on a Long War 1.2 I believe
2) Alien Ware Laptop
3) Extra Hair Colors
4) Avenger Defense
5) I will try and attempt to attach it....I just have no idea how to.

Can you post a launch.log from the crash? May have to put it in a zip file.

Launch.logs are here Documents\My Games\XCOM2\XComGame\Logs
New one is generated every session.

Attachments are handled in a tab on the bottom of the screen when you are posting a message.

Here are two of the three that I could find. The third was said to be to large, even compressed. However, I started another mission (had one waiting), did and failed that mission then got the defense mission and was able to do it. Hope this helps!
