Can boost 200% missions?

I don't often get a mission to 200% the old-fashioned way. I usually just roll with what I get when the timer's up or boost if it is warranted. But I sent a team in for my first HQ and let them sneak around until they got 200%. I noticed when I went to the mission's status screen, that the boost button was available. Since 200% is the max, I'm assuming the button shouldn't be active?
