I restarted a mission and my squad has no actions. I've tried restarting multiple times, saving and loading, restarting and saving and loading and restarting, etc., but the only thing my squad can do is throw away its first turn and let Advent take a freebie shot at my haven personnel.

Who needs haven personnel, anyway.

Same thing happened to a friend under similar circumstances:

• retaliation mission
• no bug on first attempt
• squad unable to move until second turn after a restart

Seems like the "restart mission" function is not resetting properly?
